I did some research about Blood Type Diet (BTD) and I came across one article that interest me. I plan to give it a try. :)

DIET UNTUK GOLONGAN DARAH ‘O’

Ciri khas golongan darah O:

• Memiliki sistem imunisasi tubuh yang lebih tinggi berbanding golongan darah jenis lain
• Mudah mengadaptasi berbagai makanan
• Untuk mengatasi tekanan, disarankan melakukan aerobik
• Dianjurkan untuk mengambil makanan berprotein tinggi dan rendah karbohidrat, seperti daging, buah-buahan, ikan, sayuran
• Berisiko terkena radang dan kerosakan organ seperti arthritis jika makanan yang diambil tidak bersesuaian

ikan - boleh bakar/sup
daging - boleh bakar/masak
sayur
kacang
telur

bold red = must avoid from eating
produk susu (cheese, mayonese)
produk gandum(cthnya nestum, donut)
bijirin (cthnya nasi, roti, mi dan mihun)
pasta
sayur - brokoli, sawi, taugeh, terung, cendawan, dan kentang. ( arghh, french fries!)
Hindari jeruk

Before dieting = 6* kg
